NEW FEATURES

• Monthly / Annual Calendar 
  We have now released MONTHLY/YEARLY Calendar under Reports section. There are a lot of options available to customise your own canlendar:

  • Customise the font size so as to get the “best fit” on your PDF printout
  • Customise the font colour for appearance
  • Select one of three calendar skins for “looks”
  • Select page sizes from A4 up to A1

  
  Furthermore, we have provided options as to what you may want to appear on the calendar – this can be useful experimentation to see what you can fit on to a page size of choice. The options are as follows:

  • Show/Hide Farm Name (may not need it if Plan is for one farm only)
  • Show/Hide Date (To save space; not really necessary for the Monthly view anyway)
  • Show a wide view on-screen (great for those with newer wide-screens)

• Task List Report 
  You can now print out the Task List Report from "Set Up > Reports > Task List" Menu.

• Copying Existing Templates 
  You can copy an existing template to make a new one. It is under "Set Up > Template > New Template". This feature was requested by a user so that he could create a new template quickly by copying an existing one, and then making minor adjustments to suit.

• Creating New Health Plan From Existing Plans 
  You can copy an existing Health Plan to make a new one. It is under "Health Plans > Create New Health Plan". This can be useful to "rollover" plans for following years.

 NEW FEATURES

• Task Responsibility 
  

  • Set Up > Initial Set Up > Task Responsibility: allows the Clinic Admin to set up Task Responsibility Roles. Defaults are Vet, Farmer, Other. Examples you could add: Merchandising Manager, Farm Manager, etc.
  • Set Up > Tasks: this is where you pre-configure/assign responsibility to a task. Example: Drench Tasks may be assigned to Merchandising Manager.

• Task Reminders 
  The current system has a fixed non-editable reminder text that was merged for reminder emails. This new version has the following changes:

  • Set Up > Default > Reminder Content: the user can set up default reminder text content here for emails as well as SMS/TXT (coming soon).
  • Set Up > Tasks: A new reminder can be set and pre-configured at the task level. The reminder content will be copied from the default (see above) and can be edited to customise.
  • Health Plans: the reminder can also be customised after be added to a health plan. You can set up when and how many times they are sent out, as well as the reminder text.
  • Reply Required: This is an added field under Reminders. It is for SMS/TXT where a reply of “Y” or “YES” by the recipient (e.g. Farmer) will, in the near future, automatically mark the task as done/completed.

• Reports 
  Now that task RESPONSIBILITY roles can be set up and configured for each task/job, it automatically follows that regular reports to affected individuals should be able to be generated on paper.

  • Tasks by Task: this report allows filtering by date, farm, plan etc, as well as Responsibility. Typical use of this would be to print out reports for staff assigned to certain roles so that they can get their list of tasks for the period selected. This report is grouped by Task Name so that all tasks of a similar type are together – e.g. All Drenching will be together – useful for the Merchandising Manager. Useful even for the Vet to see all Vacc together.
  • Task by Date: the filtering options are the same as above but the tasks are grouped by Month and then sorted by date. This is a useful time-line report to see upcoming tasks by Month/date.
  • Task by Vet: the filtering options are the same as above but the tasks are grouped by Vet. This is useful for an in-clinic Admin/Practice manager to pass on upcoming tasks to each Vet; alternatively the Vet is able to do it themselves.

 NEW FEATURES

• Tasks - Calendar View: 
  

  • Insert New Tasks: Double-clicking on a slot of the calendar will allow you to insert tasks.
  • Change the month for a task: Tasks can be dragged and dropped to a different date for that month (in the month view). If you want to change the date to another month, then you will need to switch to the edit mode by double-clicking on the task and then edit the date.
  • Edit mode of tasks: In order to switch to the edit mode of a task, you will need to wait for the tooltip to be fully loaded and then double-click on the tasks you want to edit. Please allow a small delay after you double-click.
  • Tooltips: The mouse rollover tooltip will now stay on the screen until you click on the close button on the top-right corner of the tooltip.

 NEW FEATURES

• Set Up - Tasks - Base & Standard Tasks: 
  

  1. New fields have been added as follows: 
     
     • Reminder: Y/N – this is the default reminder setting that will be taken across when a template is converted to a health plan. Some tasks do not require reminders and others do. This will allow the user to pre-determine these settings so that it does not need to be edited on the health plan unless necessary
     • Notes: This is an area where you may have special “standard” instructions for this task. This note will appear automatically when the user moves the mouse over a task in the graphical calendar view when reviewing tasks
     • Image: This is an image repository where the sponsor will have a range of their products that you may attach to tasks. This image will show up on mouse-rollover with the notes. We will have standard generic images (non-competing) here later as well.
  2.  A new grid component has been introduced with several new features. The font size has also been increased. You may sort the list by virtually any column and search with the filter at the top of each column. Each task can now show if it has any one of the following attached: Notes, Reminder Default, and Image. The grey-out icon represents absence and a colour icon represents presence.
  3. The “edit” option now opens up a form view inside the grid where you may edit default reminder setting, enter notes, and select and attach an image to the task.

 IMPROVEMENTS

• Tasks - Calendar View: 
  The task calendar view is being improved and is almost finished. This is what you can do already in this version:
  

  1.  A full tiered structure is now available. After picking a Farmer, the user may select farms, and then the plans within those farms
  2. Mouse Rollover will now show the task notes and the image; it also has access to the HTML rich content as well as Video
  3. Double-clicking on an appointment will allow editing of the various fields; the defaults are brought across from setup but the user is now able to edit notes for the current case and select a different image if the product recommendation is different in this particular case. The reminder setting can also be overridden.
  4. Appointments may also be moved by “drag n drop” inside the month view; for any other date, double-click and edit the date
  5. A new advert panel has been added in the calendar view for our sponsor; this may change or “rotate” in future
  6. Double-clicking on a slot to add a new task is not currently active; we will have this facility in the next update.
• Health Plan: 
  When a new health plan is being developed using a pre-configured template, the standard task settings are taken across. This includes the default reminder setting, the standard notes, and the image link. The text may be edited once transferred and the image may be directed at another in the standard repository. The reminder setting can also be edited once the task default comes across.

 NEW FEATURES

• Tasks - NEW Calendar View:  You can now VIEW plan tasks in day, week, month and timeline layout under this section. This is a totally new calendar module that will give us advanced functionality in future.

 IMPROVEMENTS

• Set Up - Tasks - Base/Standard:  A new grid component with filtering and better layout is available now. You can type in the task name in the text box at the top of the column and press enter to filter the task list. Click "Edit"/"Add new record" to edit/insert a task.
• Set Up - Tasks - Base/Standard:  You will be asked to save HTML content as a template if you create a new one or edit an existing one. If you click "OK" (save the new HTML as a template) it will be saved under "My HTML" / "Modified Content", otherwise it will be a one-off content which can't be selected from the "My HTML" list in future. Also, the sponsor's content is now "read-only" so that the original content is distributed as per the Sponsor's specification.
  
• Skin:  We have changed the skin of the website as well as the colour combination of the application. A new logo has also been designed and integrated to the skin colour scheme.

  IMPROVEMENTS

• Set Up - Task Instructions:  The interface is now more user-friendly. You can now view sponsor’s HTML & video instructions as well as your own ones. You can also design your own content in this section.

 NEW FEATURES

• Set Up - Default - Default Range:  When recording clinical notes, it may sometimes be necessary to either delete or modify future task(s) due to certain clinical observations. An option allows listing of such future tasks in the clinical note-taking page for editing/deletion. For comprehensive health plans, listing all future tasks several months ahead may not always be necessary or relevant. This option allows the user to set how many days forward to look at as a default value on that screen.
• Tasks- Notes:  You can now edit / delete future tasks (in a number of days forward) under the "Notes" section.

 IMPROVEMENTS

• Set Up - Initial Set Up:  Removed the "Base Tasks" & "Standard Tasks" menu.
• Set Up - Task Instructions:  You can now view sponsor’s HTML & video instructions or design your own content in this section.
• Set Up - Tasks:  Contains the "Base Tasks" & "Standard Tasks" menu. You can now attach task instructions or product information in full HTML format as well as video clips for the selected task.

• Page Header: Now displays the clinic logo and name on the top of the page once users login
• Tasks - Day View: Shows the animal groups that users have on the calendar
  
• Notes: It will not mark the task as Finished if you click on the "Exit" button, unless you have saved the notes prior to selecting "Exit" (as compared to "Save & Exit")
• Health Plan: The notes entered in Health Plan grid will be transferred to Clinic Notes
