Set Up - Default - Safety Net: When adding a new task Under the "Tasks" menu, all current health plans are available in the pick list. In a large environment where "best practice" standards may require regular contact with the farmer, it can sometimes become difficult to keep tabs on last contact dates, especially where a task may have been done but not updated as such. Rather than to clutter the pick list and show a Last Seen (LS) date for every health plan, this option allows the user to nominate a threshold which then only "highlights" plans where the last completed task/contact was outside this period. This is called a "Safety Net".
Example: Let's say that "best practice" in your business stipulates contacting the Farmer at least every 45 days for a task (the task may even be a phone call to keep in touch on progress for general matters). So, the safety net entry would be 45 days. Now, if the last done task was to fall outside 45 days, the plan pick list in the tasks page would highlight this by showing a LS (Last Seen) entry, indicating the number of days since last "contact"!
