We are pleased
to announce a new version of AHP with the new features below:

Reminders
via SMS (TXT Messages)
|
Task reminders can now be sent out to farmers, farm contacts, Vets etc by TXT Message.
Replies from the receipients can also be captured and delivered to an email address
at the clinic. In order to activate this service please call AHP; there is a small
fee associated on a per TXT basis.

Change
Animal Group Display Order On the Calendar
At calendar print time, you will now be able to select the display order of the
animal groups. This will allow you to choose the order in which animal groups are
printed on the calendar.

Print Group
Description On the Calendar
The animal group description will now also be printed on the calendar column under
the animal group. This is in addition to the actual animal group name. This will
help if you wish to describe the differences between the animal groups, with similar
names for different farms ( can be farm specific). You can edit this description
under Set Up > Farmers/Farms > Farming Animal Group section.

Performance
Increase in Grid Loading
We have optimised the program to improve the application performance. The loading
speed of sections such as Set Up > Farmers/Farms, Tasks, Farm Contacts, and others
have been increased.

Template
Library
We now have a comprehensive library of pre-designed templates and tasks, thanks
to a team of dedicated Vets who are passionate about AHP. These are now available
to be viewed and imported into your own company portal. These can be found under
Set Up > Template Library.

We are pleased
to announce a new version of AHP with a redesign / simplification of the menu system
as well as a work-flow system to create plans quickly and easily. Please find the
new features below.

New Menu
System

Wizard
Style interface for creating new health plans
-
We have re-designed the Health Plans section. A wizard style interface now leads
you step by step to create new health plans. On-the-fly creation of farms and farm
contacts are now possible, eliminating the need to go into the Set Up section.

The new design also scans the selected template or plan being used and assists with
checking that enough people have been assigned with the required Task "Responsibilities"
for automatic creation of reminder receivers.
On-the-fly addition of more staff is possible at this work-flow point, making the
whole process of creating new plans seamless.

Pre-designed
"Gold Standard" templates already configured and ready to go

In addition to the great early and ongoing work by Richard Atkinson from Te
Kuiti/Piopio, we now also have assistance from a highly dedicated and passionate team from
VetEnt in Te Awamutu and Wairoa. We have a set of pre-designed "Gold Standard"
templates configured in the AHP Database for Dairy as well as Sheep/Beef farms.
They will be published and ready to use for all users very soon. Please let us know
if you wish to have access to these templates.

We are pleased
to announce a new version of AHP. Several requested features have been implemented
in this release and will be available as of late today (21 Mar 2011). Please find
these updates below.
-
Task /
Product Categories
-
We have decided to incorporate FIXED global categories for Products and Tasks. Each
Task / Product will be able to be assigned to multiple categories. This way, when
selecting products for a task in a Health Plan, only relevant products will come
up in the drop-down list eg. only drenches for drench tasks, and so on. This should
speed up the use of product assignment to tasks.
The design is complete but Categories will be available later this month. We will
announce this as soon as a basic list has been finalised by our Sponsors. All the
Merial Ancare products will be fully categorised and ready. We also welcome your
suggestions to add to this list over time. We wanted a universal list on the portal
for various reasons, some of which will become apparent later on in this project.

Product
File Import from your VPMS
-
This feature will allow you to export relevant products from your Practice Management
System into a CSV file and then import these into the AHP system for your clinic.
The “wizard” will allow you to assign the correct column heading in your file to
the ones that AHP requires. The fields that can be imported are:

Product name
|
The name of the product.
|
|
Product code
|
A unique short code of the product.
|
|
VPMS code
|
The unique code from your Veterinary Practice Management System.
|
|
Common code
|
The product name without the product pack size.
|
|
Product size
|
The size of the product. eg. 10
|
|
Unit
|
The unit of the product size. eg. Ltr
|
|
RRP
|
The Recommended Retail Price of the product
|
|
Selling price
|
The selling price of the product.
|
|
Milk withholding
|
The milk withholding period of the product (days) - optional
|
|
Meat withholding
|
The meat withholding period of the product (days) - optional
|
|
Actives
|
Drug active ingredient - optional
|
The design is such that multiple imports of the file will only add new lines or
updated lines (eg. prices) and will use the VPMS code as the unique identifier.

Exporting
Data from VetlinkSQL
-
VetlinkSQL users can use the "Report Exporting" function to generate the
CSV file easily:
1) Go to the Reports > Export/Spreadsheets > Next
2) Click on the Products > Add New
3) Fill in the details of the pop-up form as follow:
4) Choose the new created product and click on the "Next" button
5) Select "All" for the drop down lists and export the data into a CSV
file

We are pleased
to announce a new version of AHP. A few major internal changes have been implemented
so that a number of requested features could be accommodated. Please find below
some of these updates with more to follow in the near future.

Show products
on the calendar option
-
Several users wanted the product names associated with Tasks to be shown/printed
on the calendar. In order to make it truely flexible, you may activate or inactivate
it at a product level under setup first. This will flow down to the task level (attached/recommended
product under setup) where you have a further option to "override" it
if you wish. Once a plan has been generated, and all pre-configured setup options
have been copied across, you can also control it, task by task, at a plan-task level.
Example: You may wish to have PRODUCT A always show on a
calendar - you can set this up permanently under setup. Now, when setting up
TASK Q, if PRODUCT A is linked/recommended then it
will show as "print on calendar". If you do not wish to have PRODUCT
A print for this particular task, you may disable it at this level.
Now, when this task appears on a final Health Plan, it will carry across the option
chosen. The user is then also able to edit it at this level for the actual plan
in question. This auto flow-through with editability at each level makes the system
truely flexible for all users and all scenarios. A final and further override option
is available at print time (see below).

NEW UPDATE RELEASE

We are pleased
to announce an updated release of AHP. This
new update is based on user feedback and will be available online by 22 Nov 2010 (Monday) noon.

Bulk Delete function
- Bulk delete function is now available once a plan has been created (improved/faster).
-
Monthly Calendar
- Multiple months can now be selected and the printed off in one process.
-
Task Clone
- Allows you
to add several unique tasks easily using a clone function - found under the Task Set Up section.
-
Column Filtering
- Column filtering was case-sensitive. This has been updated to ignore case.
